As a health-focused platform, we may collect health-related information from Patients, including but not limited to past and present Medical and Surgical Records, Vital Signs including Blood Pressure (BP), Heart Rate (Pulse), Temperature, Respiration Rate, Oxygen Saturation (SPo2); Anthropometric Measurements including Weight, Height, Body Mass Index (BMI), Waist Circumference; Laboratory Values including Fasting Blood Sugar (FBS), Postprandial Blood Sugar, Random Blood Sugar, Hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c or A1c); Wellness and Lifestyle Indicators including Dietary Intake (calories, protein, carbs, fats), Water Intake, Activity/Steps, Sleep Duration, Mood and Reproductive Health information that may include Menstrual Cycle tracking., and other health-related data, for the purpose of capturing essential health metrics to monitor and keep records of personal well-being in order to provide an at-a-glance view of your vital signs and other health indicators, making it easy to track changes over time and facilitate healthcare services delivery.
